JoAnnHello my name is JoAnn Hanson and I have over 35 years of experience with a variety of jobs in the bookkeeping and accounting work field.  I enjoy attending to the needs of others who will benefit from my talents.  I am a Certified Professional Bookkeeper.

Evergreen is interested in the possibility of assisting your organization.  We would like to use my experience and knowledge to be of value to you and your company.  We are capable of applying my previous experience to your current needs.  We are reliable, thorough, and dedicated to the interest and welfare of your business.

We have experience in payroll, payroll taxes, quarterly taxes, financial statements, management reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, banking, reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card accounts, human resources, incorporating small businesses, preparation of year-end close out for your CPA, proposal and contract preparation and management, construction draws, payment applications, scheduling and other general office duties.

The work can be done in my office or in your office, which ever you prefer.  You may choose to have me do anything from just a few tasks for your company to using my services as a full-charge bookkeeper.  This will allow you to do your job and free you up from the services that Evergreen Accounting Services can provide for you at a reasonable price.
